Pros

Nice location, decent office, smoke break area

Cons

They cap you out of a raise and it is not a livable wage even when your review and weekly coaching shows you are doing great. Leadership shows favorites and rules don’t apply for everyone. They would rather spend money on the community then there staff making a decent wage. Leadership is supposed to coach agents weekly but they just make us sign a form in the system and don’t actually coach and they don’t get in trouble for it.

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Cons

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Pros

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Cons

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
