Pros

The office location?! Realistically none.

Cons

Awful founder and acting CEO who finished uni, never experienced a real work place and then founded RD content named after himself with daddys money. Brought in inexperienced mates and this makes a pot of horrible, unfair, under qualified people. No compassion, constant gas lighting and man/splaining. Erratic and horrid. All the other reviews agree bar some overly good, which I personally witnesses junior staff on FTC’s be forced to write and I have contacted GD to see how this website can take them down. Honestly, even if you are desperate for money or a job, please please go work in Tesco or something over this, it will be better experience I am 100% certain.

Pros

- You get to work on some pretty cool projects with some big-name clients. - The people they hire are pretty incredible, although the good ones don't typically last long. - After leaving I did get some pretty good-paying freelance gigs from former clients I worked with there.

Cons

- Low pay and limited benefits for full-time employees. - They will take on projects with budgets that don't fit the project and expect producers to get at minimum a 40% profit rate. - They pay freelancers poorly. - There is no support from Upper Management, you can tell them there is a problem with the project for weeks and they won't step in or provide any support until it's too late to actually fix anything. - Managers have zero respect for your time, they can schedule a meeting with you for 9:00 am and they won't show up and won't respond to any messages for a few hours, often without a measly sorry. - They'll have PAs doing the work of Producers but without the title or pay.

Pros

Met nice and talented people at team, most of them left already.

Cons

All management cares about is expanding at a breakneck pace, even if it's not sustainable or fair to the employees.
