      Pros

      Lower seniority staff looked out for each other, staff benefits were decent and not much else.

      Cons

      The environment is toxic. If you stand up for what you believe in, your time will be made very difficult by senior management, ensuring you hate the job so much that you either cry often or leave for any other job you can secure.

      Pros

      Flexibility, supportive management, the company really looks after its staff. Trusted to do your job well and not micromanaged at all. I’d love to go back!

      Cons

      The commute was the only difficult part. I left pre-covid where working from home was not an option, now it is more flexible which is great!
