      Free accommodation but you don't have many different locations to choose from. Friendly colleagues!

      Cons

      Badly Managed. Salary is very low and comission is hardly existing. They want a lot from you but hardly giving you anything back.

      Amazing people to work with and the training provided is wonderful. RCI cares about the health and well being of their employee as well.

      Cons

      The only con is lay offs due to reduction in force.
