If you enjoy a “sink or swim” culture where empathy is optional and criticism is met with insults, this place will feel like home. You will definitely learn how to survive in a fast-paced environment mostly by being told you’re “weak” if you struggle.
Cons
Unprofessional leadership attitude, especially evident in how feedback is handled publicly. Instead of addressing concerns constructively, criticism is dismissed with sarcasm and belittling remarks. The “fast-paced” culture seems to be used as an excuse for poor communication and lack of respect. If you value professionalism, emotional intelligence, and basic decency, this may not be the right fit.
