Terrible Experience - Customer Service Representative RC Moore Employee Review

Manager acted as if she was better than everyone. She would act nice to your face and talk about you behind your back and start rumors. She would speak to you in a demeaning manner and very unprofessional. She made up her own set of rules for herself and expected you to follow company rules when she herself did not follow them. She was never available, let alone ever at the job. Other staff under her took in her bad habits and her rude, demeaning behavior as well. She played favorites. There was no consistency within the office setting what so ever. I’ve never seen people be treated so poorly staff and drivers included. It was very sad.
