The open-door policy is exactly that. You can talk to anyone in the company about anything at any time. It's great and really does create a cohesive environment.

The starting pay for drivers without experience isn't as high as other places but the home-time and equipment quality is much better, so it evens out.

They have new equipment and they fix your truck when anything needs to be fixed

It was a more friend feeling but now they are owned by a bigger company and now it lost that feeling. I personal didnt like all the changes they were making. Like one time after the new people took over I had stayed out for over 2 months. Was planning on taking at least a week off but apparently they changed the way it worked where it didnt keep collecting up days and only wanted to let me go home for 4 days max without using vacation days and they didnt tell anyone it changed to that when before I would had no issue with doing what I was planning on doing.
