Pros
It is a family environment. Love to have parties to engage people different personalities. You get annual raises and bonuses. The insurance was very good.
Cons
Will work you to the bovne with no recognition or a pay raise from managers. The managers say they are supportive of your career goals, but definitely not the case. Morale is down and no insight from management. The software and technology for the company is behind.
