With respect to your comments, RAI is always looking for innovative ways to improve products and services to ensure that our Partners and Customers are getting the maximum benefits. Similarly, we understand business moves fast in our industry which is why product development and talent management continue to be a top priority within the company. Over the years, our motivation to push industry boundaries has never wavered; innovation is at the forefront of who we are and what we create. In regard to our culture, it is disappointing that anyone has left the organization with the feeling that we are hypocritical or clannish. The problem you suggest has certainly been hidden up til now, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can explore it and go about fixing it if necessary.
