      Pros

      New Brand, New Culture, New focus on the work. Best time to be a creative at RAPP. The collaboration and network support is stronger than its ever been. The vision of Core Dialog and what it offers our clients is amazing. Its a new way of working that makes the work great and the people greater! So glad to be a part of this organization.

      Cons

      Change is hard, part of reinventing your brand and the way we work is uncomfortable, but its incredibly rewarding. Real change and real transformation takes time, some don't have the patience for working through it.

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
