      1. Colleagues are quite nice. 2. Office is expanding. Being under larger international groups, there are bigger company resources and recognition.

      Cons

      1. Inconvenience of office location, have to travel out very far for lunch. 2. High turn over rate, manpower is an issue which affects projects.
