      like all other companies they offer u to believe in your inovations but with a slight difference that they actaully make u believe in yours

      Cons

      they wont let u work alone because they say that they dont want to let u handle the whole resposibility ;)

      Pros

      Ram Tech Systems has been taking care of me since I have landed in America. They trained me in .Net platform (advanced versions) and got an project assignments in Georgia and Indiana. The payroll is run through ADP and there is no scope of late payments. Health benefits are through United Healthcare for the last 7 years +.

      Cons

      They say that everyone is replaceable in the eyes of the client. Which is true!
