The office kept clean, smells nice and is modern designed with comfy furniture. The people that work in the office are lovely and polite. Beverages are easy to access and are dotted around on each floor. The smoking area is a spacious, peaceful and clean area. There are senior and managerial staff members that are happy to help you. The company wants every employee to succeed in their roles and will actively engage in developing staff to accommodate their needs and make sure they are able to do their required tasks. The office has lovely a small café and canteen for all on-site staff.
Cons
Senior staff can become short for availability due to rota changes and meetings. Talking on the phone can become stressful if you do not have a thick skin. You job relies on meeting statistics that are rates on a month by month average.
