Pros
Friendly and supportive team. No expectation to work outside of your contracted hours and there isn't a blame culture. 2-days a week in the office provides a great level of flexibility. Lots of opportunities for internal promotion
Cons
- Bare minimum Maternity & Paternity (1 week paid leave only) - Not much flexibility on working hours. e.g. longer hours early in the week to finish early Friday - 6.5% pension contribution could be better
