I worked at R2 for 2 years too long. As you read other negative reviews, do not take them lightly, they are an accurate description of the work environment R2 provides. You will see one common theme when reading other negative reviews, that is managements unprofessional response to each of those. I am now in a management position and understand what it means to take of your employees, and this place is not it. Management micromanages to an extreme and KPI’s are unreasonable, I say that as someone who is easily able to achieve their KPI’s for a Fortune 500 company. If you have a college degree, BEWARE and do NOT work here, you can do better.
Also, make note how employee’s are treated during the current COVID-19 pandemic. I have heard from many people that still work here, that R2 did not take the initial reports seriously. When employee’s would call in sick, they were asked to still come in. I am expecting management to provide negative feedback against this review, so take note when they do respond.
