Some genuinely good people in the field and office who care about their work. The projects themselves are interesting, and you can learn a lot about construction operations and branding if you take initiative.
Cons
Extremely poor communication from leadership. Major decisions — including layoffs and staffing changes — are often made without warning or explanation.
