Good core of people in management and lead positions. Friendly co-workers. RfT attempts to encourage a professional business like attitude for employees. While allowing casual attire and atmosphere. Potential for growth in many areas. This company grew from a very small business to a thriving Model of what can be done with good people and determination. In only a couple yrs!
Cons
Not an easy job. You are expected to perform your duties as described. A tremendous amount to learn for new employees, but it comes quick as the jobs can be fast paced. Pay scale is a bit scewed. It may be average or above for the locale, but it is low for the amount of knowledge and education most employees have. Technicians for Example deserve more. always have. But all around low for the non managerial, administrative staff. One of my few complaints.
