Not a great place to work - Senior Scientist Q² Solutions Employee Review

Incredibly disorganized lab operations. Project Managers and project leads were most of the time minimally helpful. There is a huge disconnect between management and lab staff. Lab staff are incredibly overworked and have to pick up the slack from mistakes and scheduling made by higher ups. There is essentially no training provided for lab scientists and the inventory system is abysmal. Director was not a leader, more so expected you to do more with less resources. In my time there, we averaged 1 person a month who either quit or was let go.
