Pros

HR is oddly top notch here, and there are some weak attempts at culture cultivation.

Cons

Management and leadership teams are often in the dark on strategic moves by C-Suite Revenue is tied to a few key partners, one of which has declined to continue working with Quotient (public information), resulting in huge layoffs across the board. Executive team touts Quotient is "best in class", while clients and vendors view Quotient as worst in class and are "forced to work with Quotient for now". Excessive layers of management, having "team leads", "managers", directors", and "senior directors" for a department of less than 70. Operationally, it's a bloodbath, with sophomoric and longer-tenured talent departing due to recent events. Remaining employees are expected to do whatever is necessary to fill the gaps (up to 3-4 employees worth). Poor business model, no future outlook on revenue, bonuses are non-existent. AVOID.
