Pros
Well founded, good location, fancy snacks, 3 meals a day, good benefits, on-site yoga and personal trainer, 10:30 - 5 work hours, lots of alcohol laying around, employees are encouraged to drink by various managers while trying to deliver key products to our main customer, fancy camps and off-sites, naps during work hours on comfortable bean bags.
Cons
Top heavy, too may talkers and not enough doers, too many meetings where people talk in circles, constant re-org, constant shifting of goals and deliverables and priorities, too much internal politics, siloed departments. No product and no users. Can't keep good employees from leaving, can't hire enough qualified new employees. Management lacks domain knowledge and can't take constructive criticism.
