Pros
Very experienced seniors with in depth knowledge of media/OTT industry. No barrier to learn anything from anyone. Also, you will get free lunch (veg/non-veg) with varieties. Flexible work timings. Leaves - never an issue unless you go for LOP.
Cons
Work wise nothing. But if you are not use to chill AC then carry a jacket with you.
