Pros

When sales goals are met and your job gets done the company functions normally.

Cons

The entire sales force and the departments that support them are constantly haunted by goals that are rarely met. The chain of command is only in place and fully functioning when employees need to be yelled at. Pointless meetings with absolutely no constructive criticism or fresh ideas. It seems the only reason the meetings exist are to propagate stagnant sales techniques of a business behind the times in almost every way. All of this is orchestrated by a man who would much rather take advice from third party reps trying to sell him a product than his own trusted employees. Employees are falsifying reports, not to make themselves look good, but to avoid a knee-jerk reaction of indiscriminate firing from an owner that refuses to understand what the numbers even mean.

Pros

They always have openings and a good place to learn if you can deal with the cons. The crew, drivers and office staff in the Brown Ave location are all great.

Cons

Management is horrible, they don't value employees, have overpriced and really bad insurance, no commission, OT is scrutinized even tho they want you there extra. They underpay industry standards, no investment into employee development or wellbeing. Management makes people feel unvalued and only addresses you to tell you what you are doing wrong. They won't even buy us work shirts. People are treated as tho they are replaceable, good work is never acknowledged, shameful PTO allowance of only 2 days per YEAR. You get two weeks vacation AFTER a year of employment. No incentive structures to go beyond bare minimum or commissions to incentivize new business. It's rough.
