Hello, my name is Askhat! I would like to tell you about my experience with Quintrix Solutions. In December 2019, I was looking for a job in the IT field, submitting my resume everywhere, and came across Quintrix. The company offered paid to learn training, and full assistance with job placement after if I meet their criteria. This paid to learn program sounded too good to be true, but I accepted the challenge. I met all their pre-requirements and passed the initial assessment test. Me and other candidates were assigned to an 8-week intensive Train-to-Hire program. A pandemic began, and I thought that Quintrix would not be able to help me after the training due to the situation in the country. But despite the complexity, Quintrix arranged me an interview with a client - one of the largest IT Holdings from Fortune 200 - Cognizant. I couldn't believe it, because it was the peak of the pandemic season. I went through several stages of the interview and I got a call from Quintrix after a couple of weeks that I was hired by Cognizant.
