Think with you for solutions, great HR management, you can say no to assignments, free summercamp to chill and learn new tech, great leadership from CEO. In-house bar with free beer on friday evenings. A lot of good knowledge present, frontrunners in applying technology. Great locations as well!
Cons
Payment could be better (esp. since big bucks are made through consultancy), you have to enter the in-crowd to feel you “belong”; this means be there on most events (after long day maybe in a different city), friday bar nights; if you like drinking beer/whiskey and smoking it helps. Sometimes can feel obligated to join the many events they organise (but this may be personal)
