Pros
Culture of empowerment: managers are encouraged to foster autonomy, and the company really leans into leadership support. Managers are provided 1:1 relationships with an HR Business Partner that really help identify any process gaps and help advocate for issues and "blind spots" that you may not be in a position to resolve independently. Input, ideation, and feedback are generally encouraged and requested in team meetings and cross-functionally. There are no barriers to accessing leadership.
Cons
The company is still young, which means internal processes are being built every day. That being said, there are people actively measuring healthy progression, setting guardrails, and supporting current/anticipated needs to help build scalable structures as the company matures.
