Pros

The application, hiring, and training process was one of the best i'd ever gone through. It's very clear that they've put in a lot of effort and spent a lot of time into making it as easy as possible.

Cons

Overall, it isn't a bad company. but don't be misled by the incentives they mention in training; i was there 6 months and did not get 1 store bonus. While it does depend on what store you are located at and the need in the area but, scheduling is horrible. I was hired and told my by 1A that i would get no less that 30hrs weekly, i left the company after spending 2 months working 15hr/wk. At 9.00 and hour, the EXTREMELY DEMANDING job is not worth it. Especially not when there are people on the schedule making 40+ hours every.single.week.

Pros

I had a great boss, great hours and paid weekly. You can pick up shifts, have opportunity for a bonus, and work in fast paced environment.

Cons

No official breaks (can eat/get a drink during down time),

Pros

“ good “ benefits … bonus , and profit.

Cons

Yall please don’t go working there. You don’t have any breaks weather you full time, part time, manager , whatever. You can’t eat, drink, sit down or anything your whole shift. If you have tattoos you will overheat because of it already being hot outside and in the store. The pay doesn’t match to the amount of work you have to do. You can’t really depend on anyone because there’s nobody on the shifts to depend on. The shifts aren’t rotating so if you pick that shift you can’t change it or rotate it. Requesting days off aren’t a guarantee 9/10 you won’t get it. This is a second version of chic fil a. Smh. Turnover is HIGH. Quick to get in , and when you’re in you’ll see why. & they don’t give you a discount if you work there , you want something out the store you gotta ring it up and pay for it out your own money.
