Competative pay, bonuses for all, anual pay raise, easy to get time off, hours are availible if you want them, get pay raise within 3 moths if you go to extra relief. Hard workers are high in demand and word spreads quickly if you are good while on extra relief.you finde out who are your friends and enamies quickly. Some managers are awsome hard working friendly realistic leaders. Is a good paying job If you stick with it.
Cons
Some managers are not leaders at all. pass the buck culture, long time workers tend to be complacent. Some managers are masters of finding ways to blame you and avoid work for them or thier buddys. Promotion tends to depend on who you know rather than what. Extra relief can often = extra grief. Some times you get sent to oposite side af city to cover callouts. Certin stores are partial stores ( partially stocked and staffed). On extra relief at some stores they expect you to do all 7 days work they have not bothered to do the last 6 days in the one day you are there.in some stores When they see you are extra relief they give you all the hard tasks while usual employees relax. Sometimes asking certin employees to do the minimum is too much to ask. Get stuck in the kitchen when no one else wants to do it wven if they are supposed to. Some managers ask you to do what they say not what they do and that thier rules apply to everyone but themselves. No breaks at all or seats. Baisicly retail.
