Pros

What is there not to love about this company?? Free drinks on the clock, free food when stale from the grill or hotzi warmer, great management (esp upper level), relief when in trouble. Hopefully once I finish Grad school I can join the team again. I had the best management team. When I was on ERP I worked with some very cool clerks and store managers. I made some very life long connections and I forever more am a loyal customer of QT. I remember when a coworker died all of the QT family showed to her funeral and even the district manager and other area supervisors showed up to support her family.

Cons

There are no official breaks and you will work but most managers and assistants are cool about letting you stand behind the check stand away from customers and eat quickly to give yourself time if you're ahead and not about to get a rush from the morning or lunch. I know while meal prepping managers let me eat before or after a rush after the store was caught up.

Pros

Great Work Environment. Greater people. Talking to people there, including management, and corporate, always felt great. They take care of their employees. Great job if you are just starting out, need a day job, can land a corporate position, or are willing to work your way up the ladder.

Cons

I never thought I could hate a program until I tried downloading Zipline. it just doesn't work on your phone, Spending 15 minutes trying to log into Zipline on the computers on-site every day was annoying and time-consuming. The QuikTrip app is also very slow, which is also a common customer complaint.

Pros

“ good “ benefits … bonus , and profit.

Cons

Yall please don’t go working there. You don’t have any breaks weather you full time, part time, manager , whatever. You can’t eat, drink, sit down or anything your whole shift. If you have tattoos you will overheat because of it already being hot outside and in the store. The pay doesn’t match to the amount of work you have to do. You can’t really depend on anyone because there’s nobody on the shifts to depend on. The shifts aren’t rotating so if you pick that shift you can’t change it or rotate it. Requesting days off aren’t a guarantee 9/10 you won’t get it. This is a second version of chic fil a. Smh. Turnover is HIGH. Quick to get in , and when you’re in you’ll see why. & they don’t give you a discount if you work there , you want something out the store you gotta ring it up and pay for it out your own money.
