Pros
- Some genuinely good coworkers, believe me they’re not hard to pick out - You'll learn to work under stress (since you won't have an option) - If you enjoy doing the same problem over and over and over again, this is the place for you - Great place to test your mental stability
Cons
- Favoritism is obvious. If you’re not close to Sales and Leadership, you’re easy to ignore - Chronic understaffing - Breaks and lunches are legally protected, but the culture makes you feel guilty for taking them - Software is buggy and fixes are moot - Training basically means figure it out yourself - Morale is low. Long-timers look drained and checked out - Turnover is so high entire departments have quit in under a year - Promotions rarely happen unless you’re in the right crowd - The place feels friendly at first but turns cold and tense fast - Sales can override processes anytime, which causes conflict nobody actually addresses
