      Air conditioning, some customers, Air conditioning.

      Cons

      Terrible owners, horrible pay, undrinkable water, micro management, environment, filthy break room area, employee appreciation, lack of real world experience, poor people skills. Waiting a year in order to qualify for paid time off? Wow!

      Pros

      This is a terrific Company to work for! Relocation is the one and only reason that I left! Jon Morningstar is a great Manager and Mentor.
