      Pros

      I learned a lot working at Quietly. I appreciated the opportunity to work with so many different clients. The team is smart and the business model kept things interesting.

      Cons

      I didn't always feel respected for my time, efforts and ideas. Many of us were underpaid for the amount of work we did and the pressures placed on us by leadership. Leadership would openly ridicule attempts to set boundaries and would at times pit employees against each other. Accessibility and inclusion was an afterthought.

      Pros

      Smart and curious employees. Business minded leadership. Accessible and transparent leadership. Good work life balance. The company really cares about its people and gives constructive feedback to help employees improve in their role and grow in their careers. A really positive group to work with.

      Cons

      Since the people are so great, they often get poached which leads to some turn over.
