      Pros

      It's a paycheck, nothing more.

      Cons

      Feels like a typical corporate atmosphere disguised as a family business on the surface...but no matter how much you think you may matter to them...you probably don't unless you are fortunate enough to be part of the clique with management. In my opinion There are far better opportunities in st. Johns.

      Pros

      Most of the crew are good folks.

      Cons

      Shift work that can change the day of, mostly manual labor in a very old building, poor planning, toxic work environment, toxic management. Poor work/life balance: may work 6am one day, 2pm the next, 9am the following morning. Retention means always being understaffed and overworked.

      Free beer. Hours are reasonable, no working on weekends. Beautiful location

      Cons

      Pay. Lots a manual labour for a brewery that size.
