Nice office and majority of Staff are good to work with. Decent salary offered for the jobs on offer.
Cons
The MD!!! Look up Narcissist and you will tick every trait known! If you don’t mind being “managed” by a dictator then you will be fine. You will be forever told you are a rubbish manager and threatened with your job because you do not manage your team effectively or use initiative but the moment you do you get hauled over the coals for doing so!! You can’t win! Horrible woman to work for and I feel for those that are still there putting up with her tantrums and fly off the handle at any moment personal jibes! Anyone who clearly shows they know what they are doing and get on well with “her” staff is seen as a threat to her! The way the MD goes on anyone would think she invented underwriting loans and how to collect them. Strongly advise avoiding this place unless you have no other job opportunities. You will soon be looking again and like me most likely be better off for it
