Enjoyed co-workers, a couple of the directors knew/know their stuff and are good to work with, average benefits (use to be great), two floating holidays where you can pick from some of the lessor celebrated holidays like President's Day which ones you want off, teams are loyal to each other

Never know who the next person is that will be fired or leave, owner thinks all development can be done in 5 minutes and can't see it takes time to make a great product, employees are not listened too, it's the owners' way or the highway, employees are overworked, stressed and on edge all the time

regular hours not overly stressing clients are normally very appreciative of the help they receive from the support staff no minimum amount of calls or call time

some of the upper management have a very snob like attitude
