Pros

Some great co-workers One of the better event apps out there Good office space

Cons

- Terrible management - some VPs are clueless, others treat you poorly and tell you that you know nothing because they worked at 'Oracle'. Lots of backstabbing and finger-pointing. - Poor staff retention - It's ridiculous the turnover that's happening - Laughable HR - From useless exit interviews to barely providing any support, HR is not qualified or capable of improving culture at this company. - Not woman friendly - It's like working in the 1990s or 1980s, there are no women in upper or middle management. Those that begin to succeed get crapped on - No Vision - fundamentally this is a key problem. QuickMobile doesn't seem to know what it wants to be when it grows up, let along 3 years from now. They've been operating with the status quo for the last couple of years.

Thank you for your feedback. However, most of your feedback are not an accurate reflection of our organization. Please check your facts for turnover ratios in Software Companies as we have being averaging almost the same as other organizations in the city. Our previous CMO was a female as well and same as our current Head of Marketing.

Pros

Decent work-life balance, chill managers, and fun coworkers. CTO respected. Still one of the leaders in its category.

Cons

Shortsighted company goals. Sales dictate the direction of the company and the rest of the organization spends all their time reacting, and firefighting. No room for career growth. Leadership team does not seem receptive to employee suggestions.

Pros

I cant think of any coz the company is worst

Cons

Makes you work out of working hours. Hires you on contract so they can pay less and false promise of converting to permanent employee. Asks you to leave the job without any prior notice
