Pros
-Paid for team bonding -Point/cash bonuses each month if the sales percentage quota is met -Food in the break room, along with an actual break room -Health benefits and insurance, plus pet insurance too -Flexible schedule
Cons
-A fight to get hours unless you're a "top performer," despite any length in the company -Working in 100-degree conditions without much effort to provide fans unless begged for or management finally experiences it too, and a lack of adequate cooling with A/C that breaks when it's used -The company cares too much about efficiency and not enough about the people -Too much of a fake environment where the management just talks trash to everyone at every status or position in the company -Does not take the time to listen to its employees until rash decisions have been made -Too much effort surrounding corporate goals and not personal goals for growth -Regional managers have bias and favoritism for the store leaders and will take their side on any issues, no matter what -The store leaders abuse the salary and actual hours at work, they steal -Overly critical of employees for mistakes that could be fixed if management cared to take the time to train their employees instead of making it someone else's "problem" -A slow system that requires constant timecard punches -The slow system makes HR overly critical and suspends and fires their employees within two days without any room for "here's what went wrong and how we could fix this," despite being with the company for two years -Fake environment overall with immature management who can barely get their lives together, let alone a store or two
