Pros
At the beginning it was kind of fun to work there because the people I was working with were good workers and we all got along pretty well. Our store leader was also easy-going and really cared about the team members. The job was pretty easy and simple and the pay is actually a lot compared to the work were doing.
Cons
If the people you work with are lazy and don't communicate well, it's going to be a terrible experience. During the latter half of my time there, several of the people I worked with already quit. The newer people were not as hard-working and wouldn't communicate. There was a time I came to my 8AM shift (we open at 7AM) and everything was still closed. The opener didn't come without communicating with anyone. There was also a time I was forced to stay an hour or 2 longer because we had another no call no show. You also encounter several rude customers but there are also nice ones. Most of the time we didn't have enough people and when things got busy, we couldn't even take proper breaks. Since we finished training and officially started, we basically stopped being able to take our 10min breaks. I also remember one of the team members having to take her lunch at the office so she could step in if it got busy because there was only her and another person.
