Working as a Store Leader has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company provides a fast-paced environment where hard work, leadership, and personal growth are truly recognized. I’ve had the opportunity to develop strong operational, coaching, and team-building skills while working alongside supportive leadership. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operations and team development and I can say everyone I have met from varying departments are smart, kind and driven individuals that are focused on being a leader in this industry. One thing I appreciate most is the culture. The expectations are high, but there is also a strong focus on support, development, and creating a positive environment for both team members and customers. Leadership genuinely encourages growth and gives you the tools needed to succeed. The role itself is dynamic and never boring. Every day brings new opportunities to problem solve, coach the team, improve operations, and connect with customers.
