Where to begin,
This company does not appreciate their employees. There is no such thing as communication in this place. EXTREMELY poor management Understaffed and cannot give proper training. Over work employees regardless of position and no compensation for it. Management doesn't know how each department works, expects a miracle from everyone, doesn't show any appreciation to work that gets done. Employees are not motivated to go to work because of high expectations and no incentives. Benefits aren't the greatest. This is just a little of all problems with this company.
