Pros

The work is straight forward, and not too difficult. Training was good enough to prepare you generally.There is some room for growth in the new Nevada call center. Easy work.

Cons

The compensation is on the low side. Some people might find the work repetitive. You have to sign a document saying you understand you can be fired at any time for any reason. Micromanagement mentality.

Smaller company. Access to leadership. Talent pool small.

Cons

Do not seem to appreciate individuals. Direction of the company is clouded at best. Promotional options are who you know, more than job done.
