      Micromanagement to the extreme No care or understanding for the employees, or their health, or their efforts/skills Ownership mentality by the CEO - I'm paying your salaries, I'll monitor by cctv, I'll shout and abuse in office, will demand work in unrealistic timelines Please never join.
