Pros
The onboarding process was fast and straightforward, which I appreciated as someone juggling multiple responsibilities. Training was paid and conducted clearly over Google Meet, led by Jeffery Butterhoff. We were introduced to tools like Carrier and Sling, and the emphasis on flexibility during training made the role seem like a great fit. I also liked that we kept 100% of our tips and were paid weekly—those were solid perks, especially for drivers familiar with platforms like DoorDash.
Cons
Unfortunately, the reality of the job didn’t match what was advertised. Shifts were extended from 6 to 8 hours without notice, and the flexibility I was promised disappeared. Communication from management—especially Jeff—was condescending, and questions in group chats were often deleted instead of answered. Perks like paid breaks and mileage reimbursement were removed or changed mid-week, and I was penalized for long-distance deliveries despite accepting every order. After asking about my schedule and utilization rate, I was removed from company communication tools without explanation. I reached out to John Mirabile and received vague responses, but no formal termination notice. The lack of transparency and professionalism made it hard to trust the leadership.
