Great Management - Data Entry Clerk Quest Diagnostics Employee Review

Placed as an in office phlebotomist in a clean and nice facility. At this time there are two providers which keep the lab draws steady, especially in the mornings. Great location to work, one hour lunch which allows ample time to enjoy relaxing or run errands during the lunch hour. Quest has opportunities to advance to next level with more pay. Time off is not difficult to be approved as long as its scheduled in advance. The work alone policy is great, provided the employee has integrity and genuine work ethics.

High volume lab so there's a lot to see and a lot to learn. Overall, I have enjoyed my team and fellow colleagues.

Not a lot of chance for growth after becoming a CLS II. Very few positions for supervisors and leads. Lack of adjusting salaries favors newer CLS' to make much more than ones who have put decades into this company. Doesn't respect loyalty.
