Horrible company to work for - Specimen Processor Quest Diagnostics Employee Review

Terrible management, claims work life balance but be prepared for 2 hours of OT every single day, too many call ins, environment is toxic, not allowed to talk to other employees, pay is horrible, machines constantly breaking down because the company won't spend money, the lab is constantly too hot to work in, and the only time things get done right is when the manager is in the lab and the supervisors actually work/help. Probably the worst job I've ever had.
