      - Supportive team members - HR Service Center is amazing for both employee and HR support - Flexibility to make lateral and promotional moves

      - Must be in office 3 days a week - Benefits are not great and expensive - Pay is okay and they often cut bonuses

      Paychecks are nice and a few coworkers are great

      Cons

      Management does not care about you, turnover rate is high, benefits are okay. People are rude and talk behind your back. Good place to get belittled and burnt out.
