      Quest does pay somewhat well ..they offer a lot of cash incentives when things are going good ..but a bad performace year really hurts compensation wise ..but that can be expected

      Good pay and stable benefits

      Cons

      Toxic Corporate work culture makes staying hard. You get more work for little recognition, you have to fight with management to use your benefits. Fight for the use of vacation time.
