      - Employee's are great, willing to collobrate always a willingness to help others and explain things - Mgmt understand personal issues

      - Hard to move up in organization - A lot of low performers that are now exited out of organization

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
