      Flexible schedule is great. Fellow coworkers are respectful of each other. Quiet environment. Ergonomics are given importance. Benefit is great.

      Cons

      Very low salary. Difficult to have PTO accepted due to limited number of techs that are allowed to be off. Micromanaging!

      Good pay and stable benefits

      Cons

      Toxic Corporate work culture makes staying hard. You get more work for little recognition, you have to fight with management to use your benefits. Fight for the use of vacation time.
