Cons
Not enough follow through. The company is majorly failing in keeping quality employees. The good, and dedicated are overlooked, and end up taking better opportunities elsewhere, while they desperately seek for new bodies to fill their new contracts, which is all they are concerned about. The owners act interested in you, and your passions in the beginning, so that they can use it to hold against you, and abuse you with in the end. They have no problem working their employees 10-12 hours per day, 7 days per week, and "accidentally" cutting their pay. This company is in major trouble, looking at it from business management standpoint. Please beware, and value YOURSELF, because this company will take advantage of you to the fullest degree, but only if you allow them to!
