Thank you for your feedback and for the 5-star rating. We're glad the environment and social benefits landed well. On progression, our headcount has grown from 60 to 90 since 2023, with an average promotion rate of 2.2% and active pathways across roles and locations. Our structure is meaningful and intentional. As we have scaled across multiple locations, we have invested in management capability to ensure teams are well supported, and performance is consistent across the business. On inclusion, we are proud of the environment we are building: 17 nationalities, 63% women, parity at leadership and management level, cross-training across departments, and open pathways for everyone. The nature of inclusion and diversity is that there is always more to learn and improve, and we welcome that challenge. We wish you well and thank you for your feedback.

Pros

Mostly you will be left alone to do your work, which is nice. Well supplied tools and equipment. Management can be good sometimes for listening and understanding. Not bad job if you are new to jewellery, but don't stay long.

Cons

There once was a few good perks, like free lunch, and occasional bonuses, but no more. Some people there will do anything to climb the ladder, lots of gossiping and people telling management bad things about you. Management can often make people feel like their job is not secure and they are replaceable. This leads to a lot of insecurities and destruction of team environment. Very low ceiling for career advancement. No opportunities for promotions. Bad working hours. No flexibility at all for change of work hours. Many people get exhausted and have no energy for learning new skills after work. Very high number of people leaving. Most of management do not understand how jewellery is made, asking lots of questions and taking your ideas to the boss or just end up wasting lots of time and money on big mistakes. Some workshops are poorly designed and can cause a lot of difficulty in getting work done. Some people get sore necks from sitting there a long time in bad position.

Thanks for the honest feedback and for your time with us. Glad the small things like the kitchen perks landed well. The point that feedback should always focus on what's next rather than what's going well is fair. It's something we're actively working on, as we naturally get drawn into "what's next" as a fast-growing, successful business. Balanced feedback is key, and recognising what's going well is also evidence of the hard work everyone at Queensmith puts in. Thanks again for the candid feedback; it helps us improve.
